Our Crew Members are responsible for construction of tiny homes, cottages and vacation villas built in our factory. All aspects from framing to finishing and all of the trades in between are completed in-house. You will be responsible for assisting in the layout, installation, construction and finishing various structures, fixtures, and buildings. Other duties will include designing, measuring, cutting and installing materials according to a client's requirements. You will operate and maintaining various machines, load and unload frequently heavy materials, and follow directions from supervisors and other skilled tradesmen. To do well in this role, you should be physically fit, reliable, and a hard worker.
