Job description

Florida Window & Door is seeking experienced 1099 installation crews specializing in hurricane impact windows and doors. Due to continued growth, we're looking to partner with professional crews that take pride in quality workmanship and customer service.

If your crew has the experience, equipment, and capacity to take on consistent work, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Install hurricane impact windows and doors in residential homes
  • Follow manufacturer specifications and Florida building code requirements
  • Complete installations safely, efficiently, and with exceptional craftsmanship
  • Maintain a professional appearance and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Travel to assigned job sites as needed
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven experience installing impact windows and doors
  • Established installation crew
  • Own truck and trailer
  • Required tools and equipment
  • Ability to read and follow manufacturer installation instructions and product approvals
  • Strong understanding of proper waterproofing and installation methods
  • Reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory
  • At least one English-speaking crew member
Required Documentation
  • General Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 minimum)
  • Florida Workers' Compensation exemption or applicable coverage
