About the Lead Windows and Doors Installer position:

Pay and Benefits: $210-$260 per day

Language(s): English and/or Spanish

Expected Hiring Date(s): 1-3 weeks

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

We are looking for reliable construction professionals who specialize in installing windows and doors of all types. You should have experience in working on relevant projects and using equipment, as well as possess physical strength, endurance, and agility. This role will also consist of managing a job site with your designated crew and certifying the completion of each job. Your duties will include overseeing the progress of projects along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. You should be familiar with principles and best practices in the construction field and be able to supervise and lead people efficiently. Good knowledge of financial and quality aspects is also required. Experience in the installation of windows and doors in a residential setting is required; the more experience you have, the higher the pay may be. All accepted applicants will be evaluated during their first two weeks of work to determine the appropriate level of pay.
