They are seeking a Windows Infrastructure Engineer to provide advanced support for various Microsoft services and technologies while ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced, L2/L3 support to end-users for Azure AD, on-premises AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office 365, PC hardware, operating systems, software applications, peripherals, installations, and device management.
• Respond to, diagnose, and troubleshoot problems through tools, analysis, and discussion with users to restore service and/or identify and correct problems.
• Daily operational requirements include excellent communications and customer service skills.
• Position requires individuals to closely interact with end-users, from the CEO level down, diplomatically, and technically.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Windows 10
• Advanced, L2/L3 support to end-users for Azure AD, on-premises AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Office 365, PC hardware, operating systems, software applications, peripherals, installations, and device management
• Excellent communications and customer service skills
• Ability to understand and explain complicated technical concepts to non-technical end-users
• Microsoft 365 (P4 - Expert)
• Microsoft Azure Active Directory (P3 - Advanced)
• Microsoft Endpoint Manager (P3 - Advanced)
• TCP/IP Networking (P3 - Advanced)
• Solid understanding of Networking - TCP/IP, Remote Connectivity, Wi-Fi
Preferred:
• Windows 11 is a strong plus
• macOS support experience is a strong plus
• ServiceNow, ITSM or other major Ticketing Systems experience a strong plus
