Job description

Enterprise Cloud Platforms Engineer ? Windows
Hybrid 4 days onsite in Irving, TX or Boca Raton, FL, Rochester NY or Knoxville, TN, 

Required Skills  and  Qualifications:
Strong experience with Windows Server platforms (2016/2019/2022)
Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and authentication services
Experience managing enterprise infrastructure services and load balancing solutions
Hands-on experience with VMware technologies (vSphere, vCenter)
Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure environments (on-premises   cloud)
Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell preferred)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform or similar)
Solid understanding of compute, storage, networking, and system integration concepts
Strong troubleshooting skills across complex, multi-domain environments
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5-8  years of experience in Windows infrastructure engineering or system administration
Experience with enterprise Windows environments and infrastructure services
Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically Compute Engine (GCE)
Experience with enterprise load balancing tools (e.g., F5, AVI, or cloud-native solutions)
Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation experience
Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code practices
Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or migration initiatives
Exposure to capacity planning, cost optimization, or FinOps practices
Certifications (Preferred):
Microsoft Windows certifications
Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Other relevant technical certifications
