We have always prided ourselves on outstanding quality of our craftsmanship and the personal attention we give to every client. Our business has been founded upon responsive, professional home improvements for all of our neighbors.
Experienced Window Installers in MA, $75k-$150k Per Year

Northeast Home & Energy is a local Massachusetts window company for 40 years. Our window sales have grown drastically. We are looking to add experienced window and door subcontractors to keep up with all the work.
What We Can Offer You.

* Steady work all year round including winter.
* We are big enough to have a lot of work all year long but small enough to care about all of our employees and installers.
* Excellent pay for experienced people.
* Flexible work schedule if you are in "transition" from another company.
What We Need From You.

* A minimum of 3 years of window and door installation experience along with other related experience such as vinyl siding, wood trim installation and replacement, light carpentry work.
* Preference is for a 2 man crew but if you work solo we would still use you and match you with other installers for larger jobs.
* Must be able to measure windows and doors on some jobs sold by sales reps for new orders.
* Detail oriented.
* Good social skills because you will be working inside customer's homes.
* You will be hired as a 1099 subcontractor. If you do not have liability and workers comp insurance, we can help you with that.
* Valid driver’s license and truck or van in presentable appearance.
* Provide references of your past work.
* Ownership of your own tools, ladders, brake machine, table saw, etc.
