Purpose of PositionAn In-Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for homeowners by delivering the Window World sales method to present solutions, build trust, and secure customer agreements to purchase our products and services.
What Youll Do Run company-provided, pre-scheduled in-home appointments in
Louisville/Kentuckiana market
Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process
Provide clear, itemized quotes and explain flexible financing options
Availability to run sales appointments Monday thru Friday, 9:00 AM 7:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM 2:00 PM
In-home consultations typically run about 2 hours each
Participate in team meetings and training
What Were Looking For The ability to quickly connect with anyone in any environment

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Previous sales experience preferred, but we have also seen great success with recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles
