Draped in Style is looking for a friendly and organized Client Service Coordinator to join our team in Prospect, KY! In this role, you'll be the welcoming face and voice of our brand, ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience from first contact to final installation. Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate scheduling between clients, designers, and installation teams
  • Maintain accurate client records, project notes, and order tracking in company systems
  • Support the sales process by preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing vendor communications
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and showroom visits with professionalism and warmth
  • Assist with resolving client concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

  • Project & Office Support
