Mitchell's Landscaping and More Provides Services such asย Landscaping,ย Painting, Gutter Cleaning, Window Washing, Power Washingย and many more to the residents of all communities across the norfolk county area.

Job Description
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of employees on assigned shift
  • Complete daily paperwork including shift start/ending reports, cash collection reports, customer surveys, etc.

  • Periodically check in on job sites as needed.

  • Track attendence of employees. Explain job duties before starting jobs.

  • Collect Payments from customers.

  • Submit Deposits to General Manager at the end of your shift.

  • Perform the tasks of an employee as needed.

  • Transport employees to and from jobs as needed.

  • Any other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
  • Be able to work from 8am to 6pm on weekends, holidays and all week during the summber, outside in all weather conditions.
  • Have a reliable vechile, preferably a pickup truck.
  • Knowlege of the geographical area.
  • Ability to successfully perform most or all of the services we offer.
  • Good Sense of leadership.
  • Access to a cell phone throughout your shift.
  • Good math and money handling skills.
  • Be able to read, write and speak in english.
  • Be able to handle last minute changes, and be a quick thinker.
