Job description

Budget Blinds is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, people-focused Design Consultant to join our team. This is a rewarding in-home sales role for someone who is target motivated, loves helping clients transform their homes, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

If you have a passion for sales, an eye for design, attention to detail, and want a career with strong earning potential and ongoing training, this could be the perfect fit.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Conduct in-home design consultations with homeowners using proven sales and design techniques

• Guide clients through selecting custom window coverings that balance style, function, and budget

• Follow up with prospects and past clients to close sales and build lasting relationships

• Meet or exceed sales goals, margins, and closing targets

• Accurately measure windows and input orders with attention to detail

• Maintain organized sample books, paperwork, and a clean, professional vehicle

• Coordinate with the installation team to ensure a smooth customer experience

• Participate in required meetings, trainings, and local lead-generation activities

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales-driven mindset with confidence presenting to homeowners

• Interest in interior design (window covering experience a plus)
