The Glass Guru of West Houston is a fast-growing glass and glazing startup looking for a Lead Glazier to anchor our field operations. We aren't just looking for an installer; we’re looking for a partner in growth. You’ll have the autonomy to manage high-end projects and help us define our standard of excellence. If you have the technical mastery and the drive to scale a business, we want to talk. 
What You’ll Get:

Who You Are:
  • Required residential glazier experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work on ladders
What You’ll Do:
  • Lead our upcoming glazier team
  • Measure and install shower enclosures, doors, and panels
  • Replace residential windows and storm doors
  • Remove old glass and prepare installation surfaces
  • Ensure proper sealing and waterproofing
