Job Summary:
The Window Service Technician is scheduled 15-20 services a week.
Traveling to scheduled locations to repair/replace windows. Company provides vehicle and tools.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Repairs/Replaces balances, sashes, IGs.
  • Inspects windows to determine what type of repair needs to be completed.
  • Repairs/Replaces Cap windows with metal coil trim
  • Recommends the best options.
  • Installs windows in brick, siding and in various conditions.
  • Records and documents work performed and what's needed to complete the job.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Extensive knowledge of windows and materials.
  • Ability to repair or install windows.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Clear Driving Record.
  • Customer Service Experience.

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Three years of related experience or comparable training preferred.

Physical Requirements:
  • Physically able to inspect a building by climbing ladders, kneeling, and crawling.
  • Physically able to install or repair windows and materials.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time
