Job description

HIRING: 1 Cleaner — Baton Rouge, LA — Store Cleaning + Window Washing (1 Location)

Location: Mall of Louisiana area — 6401 Bluebonnet Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70836

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring 1 cleaner to join our existing team member on a recurring commercial cleaning and window washing job at a retail store inside the Mall of Louisiana. The store name is released after onboarding. This is occasional, foot-in-the-door work — not full-time or part-time — a great way to get in with a growing multi-state cleaning company.

THIS IS A 2-PERSON JOB — READ THIS PART

Every job runs with 2 cleaners so there's always coverage. You'd be joining a cleaner already on our team — you're never on site alone. You're welcome to bring your own helper, but you'd split your one spot's pay with them.

LOCATION, SCHEDULE & PAY (per person, per visit)

- Mall of Louisiana — 6401 Bluebonnet Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA

- Date: Friday, August 14th 2026 — 6:00 AM start

- Frequency: Every 3 months (recurring)

- Services: Commercial deep clean + interior/exterior window washing

- Pay: $75 per person, per visit (covers both duties)

Schedule note: Tell us any days you CAN'T work. Set dates are firm — the store sends a manager to let us in, so they don't move.

PAY

- $75 flat per person, per visit — covers both the store cleaning and the windows

- Average time on site: about 2.25–3 hours working as a team of two

- That works out to roughly $25–$33 per hour

- Check-in, before/after photos, and check-out all run through our app

- Payment averages 24–48 hours after the job is completed and confirmed

- Parking: reimbursed only with a full receipt (date, time in, time out, place, total)

THE WORK

Sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping down counters and display cases, trash, restroom if present, plus entry and display glass cleaned inside and out with scrubber and squeegee. Detailed checklists are provided after onboarding. The two of you split it — typically one on glass, one on floors/dusting/trash — and whoever finishes first jumps in to help.

REQUIREMENTS

- Must be 21 or older

- Prior cleaning experience (any kind — commercial, food service, warehouse, construction cleanup)

- Window scrubber and squeegee experience strongly preferred

- Reliable personal transportation (rideshare/transit doesn't qualify)

- Smartphone for app check-in/out and photos

- Comfortable completing a standard onboarding screening

SUPPLIES

Bring your own supplies and earn a per-visit bonus: +$10 for cleaning supplies, +$5 for window supplies, +$15 for both. Don't have them? No problem — we provide everything.

Cleaning: vacuum, mop and bucket (or flat mop with pads), broom/dustpan or dust mop, all-purpose cleaner, disinfectant, glass cleaner, microfiber cloths, dusting tool, restroom cleaner, scrubber or deck brush.

Windows: window scrubber/applicator, squeegee, glass solution, microfiber or scrim cloths, scraper/razor, bucket.

Optional but handy: step stool or short ladder (extension pole works too).

Tell us what you already have — all, some, or none.

DRESS CODE

Slip-resistant shoes (we'll help you get a pair if needed), clean plain blue or black shirt (branded shirt at 3 months), jeans or non-athletic shorts — nothing ripped, no sweatpants. Hair tied back, arrive clean and presentable.

PHOTOS & CHECK-OUT

Before/after photos and videos of your work are required every visit — it's how the job is tracked and how you get paid fast. Check in and check out with the store manager and through the app every time.

COMMUNICATION

Our #1 priority. If anything comes up — running late, can't make it, questions on site — tell us right away. Reliable communicators move to the top of the list for more locations.
