Pay: Up to $125k per year

Minimum Experience: 3+ Years

Description:

All Seasons Glass Tinting is seeking an experienced full-time window film
installer. Minimum experience required of 3+ years with field installation of flat glass
(architectural) window film. This position is not eligible for those seeking
training, experience is required. Pay is commission earned, paid based on volume of film installed and jobs
completed. Earnings are unlimited for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and installation of various window films
  • Respectfully communication with customer and job foremen to complete job efficiently
    Maintain an organized van and worksite
  • Following all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
  • Maintain a professional and well-kept appearance
  • Working both with a team and independently in an efficient manner
  • Managing jobs from start to finish​

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of in the field installation on flat glass film, vinyl, graphic, or wallpaper installation experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years of managing film installation jobs independently or instructing a window film installation crew.
  • No fear of heights – the job requires working in elevations as high as 200ft (in/on proper equipment)
  • Capable of lifting approximately 50lbs
  • Has driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Physically capable of working on commercial work site safely
  • Respectful and well-mannered behavior to property owner and property
    Prompt, reliable, and responsible
  • Basic mechanical knowledge
  • Willingness to be challenged and problem solve
  • Willingness to self-reflect on challenges and learn solutions
  • Maintain personal responsibility
  • Can take and follow instruction
