Job description

We are hiring immediately – multiple canvasser positions available.
Home Restoration Experts Inc. is a local exterior restoration company serving Naperville and surrounding cities. We provide roofing, siding, and window solutions for homeowners.
This role is NOT a closing sales position.
Your responsibility is to speak with homeowners and schedule inspections and estimates for our sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods
• Speaking with homeowners and explaining our services
Scheduling inspections and estimates for roofing, siding, and windows
• Using provided scripts and training
• Logging scheduled inspections and notes
No closing. No contracts. No pressure.
What We Provide
$20/hour guaranteed pay
Bonuses for each qualified inspection/estimate scheduled

• Local Naperville-area territory
• Clear expectations and daily support
Requirements
• Comfortable talking to homeowners
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing
