Job description

Window Genie, a Neighborly company, is a nationally ranked home service franchise dedicated to improving the look and value of homes in your community through various services such as window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, gutter cleaning, and window tinting.
As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key team member in upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. You should be self-motivated, energetic, detail oriented, and driven to provide the highest customer service. Must be comfortable in day-to-day business operations and a great communicator.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound phone calls.
• Provide job estimates/quotes for services and close the sale.
• Manage and enter all data into the point-of-sale system. Be willing to specialize in our systems.
• Schedule and communicate all jobs, callbacks, delays, and estimates with customers and service professionals.
• Educate customers about service verticals, upsell opportunities, and follow up for all services.
• Make outbound service reminder phone calls to customers.
• Manage all phone calls, emails, and office calendars.
• Perform light marketing such as email and text blasts, robocalls, and social media updates as needed.
• Assist owner in all customer-facing and internal services of the business. Tasks may vary based on the seasonality.
Job Requirements:
• Experience in Administration, inside sales, and Customer Service Representative roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
• Professional appearance and personality.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Prior experience for a home service provider is a plus.
