Responsibilities
  • Perform apartment renovations and unit turns
  • Complete monthly painting for property management (PM) and building hallways
  • Support CAPEX projects as assigned
  • Install and replace turf (artificial or natural)
  • Paint common areas and building interiors/exteriors
  • Install and replace flooring, including carpet installation and removal
  • Perform window installation, replacement, and waterproofing
  • Glass installation and replacement
  • Shower door installation and replacement
  • Concrete repair and maintenance
  • General carpentry work
  • Reglazing services
  • Assist with basic HVAC-related tasks (as applicable)
  • General handyman and maintenance services as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience in handyman, maintenance, or construction-related work
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
