Position Overview

Are you detail-oriented and confident working with technical measurements? Do you excel at customer service and enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Measure Technician to join our St. Louis team.

In this role, you'll remeasure openings for window and door replacements after customers contract with our sales team, ensuring precise orders and reconfirming installation details. You'll also visit new construction job sites to check installation readiness and advise builders of any needed corrections. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and representing a trusted brand.

Key Responsibilities

Remeasure openings for replacement projects to ensure precise sizing and proper installation planning.

Perform new construction site walk-throughs to pre-check installation readiness and verify correct openings.

Communicate with builders or homeowners regarding any needed corrections or installation expectations.

Diagnose installation challenges on-site and recommend solutions.

Provide customers with helpful guidance on the care, operation, and maintenance products.

Generate and update all installation-related paperwork and digital records to keep projects flowing smoothly.

Identify and communicate part orders or adjustments with the project coordination team.

Collaborate closely with sales and project coordination teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Experience with machinery, construction, or a related technical field preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Comfortable using tools and equipment; ability to handle a physical workload.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Safe driving record and valid driver's license.
