We are committed to providing high quality service to new homebuilders, home centers, independent designers, commercial developers and retail customers.
POSITION SUMMARY:
This position installs prefabricated cabinets and hardware, providing exceptional service to our customers.
Compensation: Piece rate available as W2
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Measures and cuts the bases, pedestals, housing, shelves, doors, drawers and tops.
2. Measures the wall spaces between appliances or fixtures, then measures and cuts all wood for cabinet parts.
3. Assembles the parts and affix them to the walls.
4. Hangs cabinets, shelves, builds pedestals and shells, lays tops and affixes door hinges, drawer slides and handles.
5. Finishes the wood uniformly and smoothly.
6. Cleans up the sawdust, discarded wood and product packaging.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
2. Must have minimum two (2) years' experience as helper
3. Must have experience in all phases of cabinet and millwork installation
4. Possess the ability to read technical drawings, specifications, blueprints
5. Must be willing to travel as required
6. Must have reliable transportation and tools
7. Must possess a valid Driver's License, and clear driving record
