Key Responsibilities
  • Install residential interior and exterior doors with precision and efficiency
  • Perform accurate measurements, adjustments, and finishing to ensure proper fit and function
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in occupied homes
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and project contacts
  • Follow installation specifications, safety standards, and company procedures
  • Protect customer property and finishes throughout the installation process
  • Use company-provided vehicles, tools, and technology responsibly
  • Travel to project sites as required, with per diem provided when applicable
  • Represent By-Tor Contracting Inc. professionally at all times

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience specializing in residential door installation
  • Strong knowledge of interior and exterior door systems
  • Professional demeanor with excellent customer-facing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a field team
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • EPA Lead Certification required (assistance available to obtain if needed)
  • Non-union experience required
