🔧 Window & Door Field Service Technician I/II - Tampa, FL
PGT Innovations, a MITER Brands Company
Join PGT Innovations and help deliver exceptional service to homeowners, builders, and contractors throughout the Tampa area. As a Field Service Technician, you'll inspect, troubleshoot, and repair window and door products while providing outstanding customer service in the field.
💵 Compensation
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Have window and door service or installation experience? We're open to discussing opportunities at the higher end of the pay range for candidates with relevant industry experience.
🕒 Schedule
Monday - Friday
Start Time: 6:00 AM
Workday continues until scheduled work is completed. Overtime is required as business needs demand.
What You'll Do
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair window and door products.
  • Provide professional service to homeowners, builders, and contractors.
  • Communicate repair findings and recommendations.
  • Document service work using mobile technology.
  • Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
  • Experience in construction, installation, manufacturing, home improvement, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, including tools, ladders, and materials.
