Perma-Seal is hiring motivated Installers / General Laborers to join our growing team! This is a hands-on construction role where you'll learn a skilled trade while working alongside an experienced crew delivering high-quality waterproofing and foundation repair solutions to homeowners.

What You'll Do:
  • Drive company vehicles to and from job sites
  • Load and unload materials and equipment
  • Assist with basement waterproofing, foundation repair, and concrete work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Maintain clean, organized job sites
  • Follow OSHA safety standards and company protocols
  • Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and to high standards
What We're Looking For:
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a trade
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to perform physical labor (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, standing)
  • Valid driver's license (Non-CDL Class C) with a clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
