Job description

Job Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and dependable Window & Door Installation Technician to join our team. This role involves the installation and replacement of residential windows and doors. Candidates should have basic construction knowledge, be comfortable working with tools, and be able to perform physical tasks in a construction environment.


Experience in window and door installation is preferred but we are willing to train the right motivated candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.


Responsibilities:

  • Install and replace residential windows and doors
  • Measure openings and materials accurately
  • Cut lumber and construction materials as needed
  • Safely operate hand and power tools
  • Assist with trim work, framing adjustments, and finishing
  • Load and transport materials to job sites
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Follow safety guidelines while working on ladders and job sites


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 Years of Basic Construction or carpentry experience required
  • Ability to accurately measure and cut materials
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights
  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
  • Experience using a metal brake is a plus (not required)
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
