Our Advanced Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Certification enables our firm to provide superior MOT services, including designing, installation, maintenance, and equipment rental. 
We are looking for a full time Contracts Logistics Compliance Coordinator who places safety and excellence in work product as priority. 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a hardworking Contracts Compliance Coordinator to join our team! As a Contracts Compliance Coordinator, the core day-to-day responsibilities involve the coordination of various aspects of construction projects. 

CONTRACTS LOGISTICS:
Compliance Coordinator duties and responsibilities 
  • Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers. 
  • Maintaining correspondence and documentation related to contracts. 
  • Communicating and presenting information to stakeholders regarding contracts. 
  • Monitoring contracts and moving forward with close-out, extension, or renewal of contracts. 
  • Problem-solving contract-related issues. 
  • Prepare work schedule of employees. 
  • Carry out coordination activities to install and locate equipment used in construction. 
  • Inspect the construction site to ensure quality control. 
  • Communicate with the construction project manager regarding concerns that affect the progress of a construction project. 
  • Create and maintaining construction project files. 
  • Coordinate with general as well as sub-contractors regarding details. 
  • Coordinate with construction project personnel to ensure that project deadlines are met. 
  • Respond to the inquiries of the team members of the construction project. 
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures. 
  • Organizing and attending in stakeholder meetings. 
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings. 
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings. 
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met. 
  • Determining project changes. 
  • Providing administrative support as needed. 
  • Undertaking project tasks as required. 
  • Developing project workflow. 
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. 
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. 
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution. 
  • Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members. 
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
