Job description

Premier Contractors has been delivering weatherization services to the greater Philadelphia area for more than 30 years.  Come join a team dedicated to saving energy and increasing the comfort levels of our customers.
We are looking to hire and train 2 techs to help weatherize residential homes in Southeastern PA.  We are willing to train individuals with a desire to learn. We are located near the Chalfont train station for an easy commute for Philadelphia residents.
Duties to include: Blower door air testing for building shell tightness, caulking and weatherstripping of windows and doors, replacement of windows and doors, installation of pipe wrap on water lines, window repairs, drywall repairs, cutting in of access panels and framing of hatchways, blocking off chase-ways in attic and basement using foam board and/or expanding foam, installation of insulation on duct work, roof ventilation, blown insulation, thermostats and LED lighting, and health and safety testing pre and post retrofits.
