About the Role: 
Blaine Restoration LLC is looking for a motivated and hardworking Install Helper to join our growing team in Silver Spring, MD. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of the window and door industry, learn hands-on skills, and build a rewarding career alongside experienced professionals. 
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Assist lead installers with restoration and installation projects on residential and light commercial job sites
  • Prepare work areas by clearing work areas, laying protective coverings, and staging materials
  • Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites
  • Support the crew with repairs or replacement of windows and doors and tasks as directed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the project
  • Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines on every job
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Requirements:
 
  • No prior experience required — willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are a must
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50+ lbs and standing for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Silver Spring, MD area
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to follow directions from lead installers
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction equipment is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Valid driver's license preferred
