We install and reconfigure office furniture, handle office moves, and run warehousing and delivery across Iowa and Nebraska. We're big enough to keep you busy, small enough to know your name. Core Responsibilities

  • Run the installation crew and keep jobs on track, done right, and on budget
  • Assemble, install, and check commercial furniture (desks, chairs, cabinets, panels, components) to spec
  • Load/unload trucks carefully so nothing gets damaged; tear down and move office furniture when needed
  • Hang window coverings, artwork, and specialty items; get the office ready before install starts
  • Show new installers the ropes and help them get faster and better at the job
  • Keep the crew and Market leadership in the loop on progress and any problems
  • Write a daily report on progress, punch list items, site conditions, and anything slowing the job down
  • Work with the Warehouse Manager to track down and account for all product needed on site
  • Clean up the job site when done and follow all safety rules


What you bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Installer.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
  • A solid work ethic and great attitude
  • Teamwork you pull your weight and help the crew
  • Flexibility, including willingness to travel and help other markets when needed
  • Attention to detail the job isn't done until it's done right
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Able to lift and move up to 50+ lbs. on a regular basis
  • Able to work under desktops, and bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull throughout the day
