Precision Design & Contracting LLC is seeking a highly skilled, well-rounded Carpenter with 8+ years of verifiable hands-on experience in residential remodeling and construction.

Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years of verifiable experience. We are not hiring entry-level or apprentice carpenters for this position.

We are looking for professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship, work efficiently with minimal supervision, and consistently produce high-quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Complete framing and structural carpentry
  • Interior and exterior finish carpentry
  • Window and door installation
  • Decks, porches, and outdoor living spaces
  • Kitchen and bathroom renovations
  • Cabinet installation
  • Drywall hanging and repairs
  • Flooring installation (LVP, hardwood, tile)
  • Siding, fascia, soffit, and exterior trim
  • Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, subcontractors, and team members
