We're hiring a Full time Field Canvass Van Manager to take control and lead a team of canvassers. If you can drive results, manage people, and keep the team performing at a high level every day, this is your role.

Salary is $700-$1,000 weekly plus uncapped bonuses.

The Field Canvass Van Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of canvassing teams, ensuring efficient transportation and coordination of staff to designated field locations. This role requires strong organizational skills to manage schedules, maintain vehicle safety, and support canvassers in achieving outreach goals.

Key duties include supervising team members, tracking canvassing progress, and maintaining accurate records of routes and activities, reporting to Director of Canvassing. The Van Manager must ensure compliance with company policies, foster a positive team environment, and address any logistical challenges that arise during field operations.

Qualifications for this position include a valid driver's license, experience in team management, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with local geography and prior canvassing experience are highly preferred. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Company vehicles will be provided along with gas card or gas reimbursement. It is the responsibility of the van manager to properly maintain vehicle cleanliness and operation, informing management immediately if there is a vehicle issue, or maintenance is required.

Metrics are as follows:

         Maintain a minimum of 3 personal demos per week with a 10-15 HPD per vehicle (hours per demo)

         Coach and mentor all team members on all aspects of canvassing after their in-office training period. Canvass van manager is responsible for the success of their team.

         Successfully run a team with each team member hitting goals of 3-4 demos a week, do proper coaching and development to aid and assist, utilize the support of management as needed.

         Plan territory with the assistance of management and company needs.

         As a field manager, continually recruit by engaging directly with potential candidates you meet in the field, or out and about (pass along information to your direct report)

         Work your scheduled shift and have a back up trained for any unforeseen scheduling conflicts.

         Must be able to obtain Florida Window & Door auto insurance.
