Job description

Window World of Boston is a rapidly growing home improvement company seeking an experienced Measure Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately measuring replacement windows, entry doors, patio doors, and specialty products to ensure products are ordered correctly and installations are completed efficiently. The ideal candidate has previous experience measuring residential replacement products, possesses exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering a superior customer experience. As a key member of our Operations team, the Measure Technician plays a vital role in supporting our continued growth by ensuring every project is set up for success from the very beginning.
Required Qualifications
  • Previous experience measuring replacement windows and doors is required. Candidates without direct measuring experience will not be considered
  • Thorough knowledge of residential replacement windows, entry doors, patio doors, bays, bows, and garden windows.
  • Strong understanding of residential construction and remodeling.
  • Ability to identify installation challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule.
  • Proficient with tablets, mobile applications, and computer software.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
