Job description

Window & Power Wash Technician (Squeegee Master)

Pink’s Windows – Salt Lake City is hiring dependable, hard-working technicians to serve residential and commercial clients across the Salt Lake and Utah County
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality exterior cleaning services while representing the Pink’s brand with professionalism and integrity. Technicians are expected to contribute to daily production goals, maintain strong customer relationships, and support smooth team operations. This is hands-on, physical work that requires consistency, attention to detail, and pride in doing the job right.

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and commercial window cleaning (interior & exterior)

• Remove, clean, and reinstall window screens

• Detail window tracks and frames

• Perform power washing (brick, siding, concrete)

• Perform gutter cleaning

• Safely operate ladders and equipment

• Maintain clean, organized vans and tools

• Communicate professionally with customers on-site

• Conduct job walk-throughs when needed to ensure satisfaction

• Identify and communicate potential additional service opportunities

• Follow safety procedures and company standards

• Arrive on time and prepared for each shift

- Technicians play a key role in protecting the company’s reputation and driving daily results. This position requires accountability, physical endurance, and a team-first mindset. We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in their work and understand that consistency matters. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to pass background check

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

• Comfortable working on ladders and at heights

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

Preferred (Not Required):

• Previous experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or related trades

• Sales experience (B2B or B2C)

• Customer service experience

• Leadership or team-based work experience
