Window World, America's leading replacement window and exterior remodeling company, is looking for a motivated Field Supervisor to join our growing team in Seminole, FL. In this role, you'll oversee residential window, door, and siding installation projects while ensuring each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. We're looking for a hands-on leader who values exceptional customer service and enjoys mentoring installation crews. Candidates with residential construction and window installation experience are encouraged to apply, even if they have not previously held a supervisory title.

What You'll Do
  • Supervise daily field operations and installation crews across multiple job sites.
  • Coordinate schedules, materials, deliveries, and labor to keep projects on schedule.
  • Lead, mentor, and support employees and subcontractors while promoting a positive, safety-focused work environment.
  • Build positive relationships with customers by addressing questions and resolving concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure installations meet Window World's quality standards and exceed customer expectations.
  • Conduct job site inspections and resolve installation or customer concerns as they arise.
  • Communicate regularly with customers, office staff, and production teams regarding project progress.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and developing production team members.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety best practices.
  • Hold subcontractors accountable for workmanship, professionalism, and maintaining clean, safe job sites.
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in residential construction, window and door installation, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous supervisory or crew lead experience is a plus, but not required. Candidates with strong window installation knowledge and leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
