To overcome these, it's important to follow safety guidelines, use proper lifting techniques, and communicate closely with lead installers. • Travel to project sites across the country for multi-day or multi-week installations (travel may account for 50–75% of your workload).
  • Collaborate with our talented team to deliver top-notch signage solutions both locally and on the road.
  • Engage in manual tasks such as using power tools, climbing ladders, operating lifts, and assisting with construction-style installation prep.
  • Represent FASTSIGNS Westerville professionally while working onsite with clients and contractors.
A Successful FASTSIGNS Installer Is
  • Responsible for offsite sign and print media installations—both locally and nationally.
  • Able to assess environments to determine installation needs and techniques.
  • Detail-oriented and thorough in reviewing job requirements and verifying measurements.
  • Capable of working independently or alongside a team while traveling.
  • Comfortable with a dynamic schedule that includes out-of-state travel, overnight stays, and varying project timelines.
Ideal Qualifications for FASTSIGNS Installer
  • Clean driving record.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Proficient with hand and power tools.
  • Not afraid of heights (comfortable working with lifts, ladders, rooftops, etc.).
  • Scissor lift and bucket truck experience preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience installing a variety of signs and graphics is a plus.
Must Haves
  • Experience with sign installations or a strong handyman/construction background.
  • Willing and able to handle physical tasks daily, including post & panel installations.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively for work. This is a core requirement for this role.
  • Professionalism and reliability when working on out-of-state projects.

  • You thrive in an environment that offers constant learning, skills growth, and a clear career path.
  • You’re excited about a role that takes you on the road while giving you hands-on installation experience every day.
