Job description

Window Genie, a Neighborly company, is a nationally ranked home service franchise dedicated to improving the look and value of homes in your community through various services such as window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, gutter cleaning, and window tinting.
As an Estimator, you are a key team member in upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. You are responsible for working with customers in person and on the phone, going through online estimates and schedule in person site estimates.
You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Coordinate schedule with customers for site estimates.
• Meet with customers at their homes and provide estimates for services including our Pre-Pay and Save Program.
• Introduce all 5 service verticals to all customers with the intent to upsell additional services.
• Follow up on all unsold estimates in accordance with our lead flow process.
• Enter all data into the point-of-sale system, including estimates for all service verticals.
• Perform light marketing such as email and text blasts, robocalls, and social media updates as needed.
• Assist owner in all customer-facing aspects of the business including preparing any estimates not completed on-site and forwarding to the customer, as well as preparing and responding to customer emails.
Job Requirements:
• Prior experience for a home service provider is a plus.
• Minimum two years sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance and personality
• Team player who can work independently.
