This individual manages on-site residential and commercial projects from diagnostic to completion, ensuring flawless execution, high efficiency, and an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi-Trade Execution: Deliver top-tier results across finish carpentry, advanced drywall repair, flooring installations, door/window hardware, and commercial facility maintenance.
  • Project Leadership: Assess job sites, troubleshoot unexpected structural or material issues on the fly, and accurately estimate time and materials when required.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the professional face of the company, communicating clearly with homeowners and commercial property managers to build trust and referrals.
  • Efficiency & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and utilize modern scheduling/field management systems effectively.

Top-Tier Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of documented experience in residential remodeling, commercial property maintenance, or multi-trade contracting.
  • Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of building materials, hardware specs, and correct installation methods. You know the right way to do things, not the fast shortcut.
  • Professional Gear: Ownership of a comprehensive set of professional-grade hand and power tools.
  • Transport: A reliable, clean, and well-maintained work truck or van suitable for transporting tools and materials to job sites.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern field management and scheduling software on a smartphone or tablet.
  • Background & Credentials: Must possess a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a background check.

Benefits & Pay

Highly competitive pay based directly on your depth of experience.

Steady, year-round work with zero time wasted chasing leads or doing your own marketing.

A professional, organized office support team that handles the scheduling so you can focus on your craft.

Respect, autonomy, and a team culture that values quality over speed.

Additional Benefits:

  • Company provided vehicle (gas/insurance/maintenance)
  • Company provided uniforms
