As a Window & Door Installer at Stillwater Building Center, you will be responsible for an assigned vehicle and tools, safe transport of crew and products to and from job sites, as well as leading the the onsite installation, or replacement, of windows and doors. You will follow and exceed our procedures to provide the utmost quality and service to all customers. 
In this role, you will:
  • Lead a crew of one or two other employees
  • Safely load and transport products to and from job sites.
  • Lead the onsite installation process for windows and doors in either new construction and/or existing homes.
  • Train all helpers on the correct installation methods and safety on a job site.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, as well as your supervisor and co-workers.
  • Utilize in house software to read the schedule and track completed jobs.
The Window & Door Installer is an excellent position for those with experience to be able to move into a leadership role.
As the lead installer you will have responsibilities to complete jobs, communicate and train existing staff. There is plenty of room for overtime and always something that needs to be done. We strive to provide you with everything you need to excel in this position and hopefully advance within the company. 
Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Clean driving record
  • Willingness to work 40+ hours per week
  • 2+ years experience with windows and/or doors
  • Desire to learn and advance in a career
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
