Job description

United Talent Staffing is currently seeking dependable and motivated individuals for manufacturing and production opportunities with a window and door manufacturing facility in the New Martinsville area. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for stable, long term employment in a fast paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities
• Assist in the manufacturing and assembly of windows and doors
• Operate production machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Read measurements and follow production specifications
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy throughout the manufacturing process
• Package and prepare completed products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

Qualifications
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Basic math and measurement skills preferred
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work overtime as needed based on production demands

Schedule & Pay
• Monday through Thursday
• 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Occasional overtime on Fridays based on production needs
