Renewal by Andersen, the full-service window replacement division of Andersen Corporation, is seeking an In-House Window Installer to join our dynamic team in Central Pennsylvania.
Position Overview
As an In-House Window Installer, you'll provide customers with high quality window and door installation and/or service while maintaining positive customer relations. This role is essential to the customer's home improvement journey and contributes directly to department and company goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Install new products following company guidelines and instructions from your manager.
  • Provide excellent customer service during installations and service visits - aim for top satisfaction scores.
  • Make sure all materials and paperwork are ready before each job, including checking your vehicle inventory.
  • Complete and turn in all required paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Keep your manager and coordinator updated on service results and what's needed for follow-up.
  • Collect service fees from customers and help set up displays or marketing materials when needed.
  • Show up on time, look professional, and be flexible with changing schedules.
  • Keep learning and improving your skills to stay up to date with the job and industry.
