Job Description
As a manufacturing employee, you will be responsible for packaging various Duck Tape brand products to customer specifications. Attention to detail is of utmost importance to ensure our customers receive exactly what they requested each and every time. You will also build and fill large- & small-scale cardboard displays & window kits seasonally.
Responsibilities:
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds at a time.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking while also performing repetitive tasks
  • Pack boxes, build cardboard displays, quality assurance of product, assemble window kits.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
  • Ability to effectively relate with others and cooperate as a team member
  • Ability to perform essential functions and responsibilities of the job with some supervision
  • Careful attention to detail
  • Safety toe shoe mandatory, either steel toe or composite toe sneaker or boots.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
