Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Treatment Installer to join our team. This role involves installing a variety of window coverings, including blinds, shades, and shutters, ensuring precise fit and secure attachment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, carpentry, and related trades.


Responsibilities

  • Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to install window coverings securely
  • Install fixtures such as blinds, shades, shutters, curtain rods, and other window treatments
  • Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely during installation processes
  • Work on 6-foot ladders and sometimes use scissor lifts up to 30 feet.
  • Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols on-site
  • Traveling to various job sites (primarily within 100 miles of Atlanta)

Skills

  • Have proven experience as an installer or in a similar role.
  • Carpentry skills are a plus.
  • Be able to lift heavy items during installations as needed.
  • Be punctual, reliable, and self-motivated.
  • Pay close attention to detail and be committed to quality work.
  • Be able to work alone or as part of a team on construction sites, always following safety guidelines.
  • Be flexible with your hours. The workload can range from 30 to over 50 hours per week, depending on contractor schedules.
