Job description

THE ROLE

You'll be installing window treatments in residential homes — working directly inside customers' houses, representing our brand on every job. You'll drive a company vehicle (or your own with mileage reimbursement — see below), run your daily jobs from a schedule provided by the office, and deliver a finished product the customer is proud of.

This isn't a warehouse job or a labor position. You are the last impression we leave. The install is the product.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Install blinds, shutters, roller shades, and motorized window treatments in residential homes

• Measure and verify window dimensions on-site when needed

• Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the install

• Troubleshoot product issues and escalate warranty situations to the office

• Keep your vehicle and tools organized and professional-looking

• Complete job documentation and photos as required

• Occasionally request Google reviews from happy customers at job completion

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ years of hands-on installation, carpentry, or skilled trade experience

• Comfortable working in people's homes — professional, clean, and courteous

• Mechanically inclined — you can read a level and use a drill without supervision

• Reliable — you show up on time, every time

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)

• Window treatment experience is a strong plus — but we will train the right person

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on a ladder at heights
