Job description

The Floor and Window Specialist is for individuals who have the ability to work quickly and efficiently. We buff, scrub, wax, recoat, pressure wash and strip floors as well as carpet cleaning. We also do window cleaning requiring the use of a ladder and/or boom lift. There will also be special projects that these individuals will be a part of at various times throughout the year. This individual must be able to take direction well, have an eye for detail and work flexible hours, since hours vary.
The individual needs to:


  • Have a valid driver license (may be required to drive company van)
  • Have a clean driving record
  • Have a working cell phone
  • Respond quickly to calls or texts
  • Pay attention to detail
  • Have integrity
  • Be able to work late night/early morning hours as the job requires
  • Report daily activities to Management/Supervisor
  • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Occasionally be able to climb ladders
  • Being on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
