Job description

From offices and medical facilities to retail stores and commercial properties, Sparkle Janitorial helps businesses maintain clean, organized environments throughout East Texas with dependable service they can count on. Cleanliness goes beyond appearance. We use professional cleaning methods and quality products to help maintain healthier workspaces.


We are currently seeking a Cleaning Technician in the Marshall, TX area who is dependable, takes pride in their work, is honest, and gives attention to details.


This position is part-time evening work (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays).


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Emptying trash/replace liners
  • Sweeping/mopping/vacuuming floors
  • Thorough wipe-down of all surfaces
  • Disinfecting restrooms
  • Clean glass windows/surfaces
  • Replenish supplies like toilet paper, soap, or paper towels


Requirements:


  • Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Must be able to pass a background check
