At Window Hero Atlanta, we are a premier, fast-growing exterior property services company. We specialize in top-tier window cleaning, gutter maintenance, pressure washing, and soft washing across the metro area. • Gutter Maintenance: Clear, flush, and inspect gutter systems safely and efficiently.
  • Equipment & Fleet Care: Maintain clean, organized trucks and ensure all specialized tools (ladders, pumps, hoses) are properly cared for.
  • Customer Service: Represent Window Hero Atlanta professionally on-site, communicating clearly with property owners and ensuring total job satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For
  • Direct Experience (Required): Proven, professional background in exterior cleaning (must have hands-on experience with commercial pressure washing, soft washing, and professional window cleaning techniques).
  • Ladder & Heights Expertise: Absolute comfort and experience handling ladders up to 32 feet safely and independently.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical outdoor work in various weather conditions and move heavy equipment daily.
  • Reliability & Punctuality: You show up on time, every day, ready to roll. Our team and our clients depend on it.
  • Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is strictly required to operate company fleet vehicles.
  • High Standards: You take pride in your work, notice the spots others miss, and are used to working efficiently to hit production goals.
Why Join Window Hero Atlanta?
  • Competitive Pay: Great base hourly rate plus direct production incentives and performance bonuses for high efficiency.
  • Independence: Take ownership of your routes, work outside with top-tier equipment, and run your day with a solid, professional crew.
  • State-of-the-Art Equipment: Work with the best tools in the industry to make your job faster, safer, and more efficient.
  • Real Career Growth: We are actively expanding our fleet and capabilities. Experienced, high-performing technicians quickly move into Crew Lead, Fleet Management, or Operations roles.
