This job is a great fit for you if you like an active work environment and dread sitting in an office all day. Our team of cleaning technicians enjoy working outside within the community interacting with our commercial and residential customers. The cleaning technician is responsible for managing daily work order completion, jobsite quality control, and fulling the needs of our customers to the best of their capabilities. As a window cleaning technician, you will never get bored because you are constantly on the move!
Description of duties:
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients
• Manage and execute daily assigned work orders
• Able to demonstrate importance of safety in the workplace, set and follow safety
standards, and report unsafe conditions to appropriate Supervisor
• Maintain weekly completed production standards and expectations
• Acts as the liaison/ambassador for Fish Window Cleaning while interacting with customers
Qualifications:
• Strong Communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to contribute to a high-functioning team as well as work independently
• Strong time management skills
