Job description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

< Ensure that parking tickets are accurately calculated, and the fee correctly collected by the customer.
< Communicate with customers in a friendly and inviting manner, answering questions 
about parking operation including but not limited to hours of operation and rates.
< Direct customers to open egress lanes to maintain speedy service and exits.
< Accurately complete daily cashier shift report. 
< Coordinate with management on processing exception transactions. 
< Inform management of safety and security issues in a timely manner. 
< Snow removal in short durations in affected work area
< Train other employees 
< Extra work duties including window cleaning, equipment wipe down, pick up 
trash/debris, direct traffic, and other duties as assigned.
< Other duties as assigned.
        *WORKING WEEKENDS*

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

< Must be friendly and courteous with customers
< Able to effectively communicate in English
< Work independently    
< Capable of performing basic math calculations
< Ability to learn to operate fee computer systems and processes, follow directions, 
and accept training practice/ follow up
< Ability to work in a garage environment exposed to noise and crowds
