Job description

Gorilla Property Services is hiring Service Technicians for our new Washington, DC operation. In this role, you'll perform exterior property services, including: window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, soft-wash building washing, dryer vent and HVAC duct cleaning, graffiti removal, and holiday light installation. Jobs will be performed on residential and commercial properties across the city.
You'll operate a company-provided vehicle, maintain tools and equipment and represent the company professionally with every customer interaction. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of 3 years claims-free auto insurance history are required. You must be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

No prior experience necessary — we provide full training. Fall arrest or AWP certification is a plus. We offer competitive pay, holiday pay, and real growth opportunity as we build our DC team.

What You'll Do

  • Perform exterior cleaning services: window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, soft-wash building/house washing, dryer vent cleaning, HVAC duct cleaning, graffiti removal, and holiday light installation/removal
  • Work at heights up to 40 feet using ladders and access equipment
  • Operate and maintain a company vehicle and all assigned equipment
  • Track tools, materials, and supplies on each job
  • Interact professionally with residential and commercial customers
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR required)
  • Proof of 3 years claims-free auto insurance history (required for company vehicle insurance)
