Outside Sales Representative — Squeegee Squad IndianapolisBase + Uncapped Commission | OTE $70,000–$100,000+ | Company Vehicle Provided

About the Role
Squeegee Squad Indianapolis is hiring a hunter-mentality Outside Sales Rep to drive growth across our residential and commercial exterior services business (window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and high-rise/commercial work).
This isn't an order-taker role. We want someone who gets energized by knocking on a door, working a warm lead fast, and closing a deal on the spot — someone who's done this before in home services and knows what a real pipeline looks like.
Home services sales experience is strongly preferred (pest control, HVAC, roofing, solar, pools, lawn care, remodeling, security, or similar door-to-door/estimate-based industries). If you've carried a quota in this world before, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
  • Run estimate appointments with residential and commercial customers for window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and related services
  • Work inbound leads fast — company marketing, Google leads, referrals — same-day follow-up is the standard
  • Represent Squeegee Squad at industry conventions, trade shows, and local networking/community events to generate leads and build brand presence
  • Generate your own business through door-to-door canvassing, cold outreach, and local prospecting
  • Build relationships with property managers, business owners, and homeowners that turn into repeat and referral business
  • Upsell and expand account value on every job
  • Keep your pipeline, estimates, and follow-ups organized and accurate (Google Sheets/Docs, company CRM)
  • Work independently in the field while staying connected with the office and ops team
  • Hit — and beat — monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year of sales experience required; home services/door-to-door sales experience strongly preferred
  • A track record of self-generated business, not just closing handed-to-you leads
  • Strong communicator, comfortable in person, on the phone, and knocking cold
  • Competitive, coachable, and genuinely motivated by commission — you want your paycheck to reflect your effort
  • Organized and dependable; you follow up when you say you will
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary plus uncapped commission — the harder and smarter you sell, the more you take home
  • Realistic on-target earnings of $70,000–$100,000+ in year one for reps who prospect consistently
  • Additional commission on upsells and add-on services
  • Company vehicle provided for work-related travel
  • Clear, transparent commission structure — no guessing what a sale is worth
If you're hungry, competitive, and want a role where your income is actually in your hands — not capped by a salary — we want to talk to you.
