What You'll Be Doing
You'll travel between apartment communities providing porter and cleaning support wherever it's needed.
Community & Common Area Care
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
  • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, mirrors, and windows
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, laundry rooms, offices, and common areas
  • Remove trash and recycling
  • Restock restroom and cleaning supplies
  • Maintain building entrances, sidewalks, breezeways, and parking areas
  • Help ensure each community remains clean, safe, and welcoming
Apartment Turnover Support
  • Assist with preparing vacant apartments for new residents
  • Clean units during the turnover process
  • Support property teams with community projects and special assignments
  • Assist maintenance teams with general property appearance and cleanliness
Deep Cleaning & Specialty Projects
Occasionally assist with:
  • Carpet cleaning
  • Floor stripping, waxing, and buffing
  • Interior and exterior window cleaning
  • Large-scale property cleanups and beautification projects

  • Previous porter, janitorial, housekeeping, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred
  • Valid California driver's license

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening (a conviction will not automatically disqualify you)
Physical Requirements
This is an active position that requires:
  • Frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching
