Route Window Cleaner - 3 Stories and Below
Location: Tampa, FL
Company: EBS, a 4M Company
EBS, a 4M Company, is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Route Window Cleaner to join our team! This position focuses on cleaning commercial and residential buildings up to 3 stories in height. If you take pride in your work, enjoy being outdoors, and are looking for steady, year-round employment with a supportive company - we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Clean windows on low-rise buildings (3 stories and below) using traditional and water-fed pole methods
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites
  • Use ladders and other approved equipment safely and effectively
  • Identify and report any safety hazards or building concerns
  • Communicate with clients and team leads in a professional manner
  • Maintain tools and equipment and ensure safe transportation between jobs
  • Assist with or operate drone-based window cleaning systems on applicable job sites
  • Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines related to drone operation
  • Conduct pre-flight checks and ensure proper handling and maintenance of drone equipment
  • Collaborate with team members to integrate drone technology into cleaning processes
Requirements:
  • Previous window cleaning experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Comfortable working on ladders and using extension poles
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
  • Experience operating drones or willingness to be trained
  • Ability to obtain or currently hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification (preferred)
